A Helping Children Cope through a Variety of Therapeutic Methods

Just like lions exude confidence and strength, your child can harness their own powerful potential. The Raising Lion’s Program caters to ages 6-11 and is meticulously crafted to nurture your child's emotional intelligence through a range of tailor-made, heart-centered healing practices. This is a dedicated space where children can embark on a journey of self-discovery, while also strengthening their bond with their caregiver or parent.

Drawing from my 28 years of working with children and my certifications as a Child Life Specialist, Yoga instructor, and Breathwork Facilitator, I combine creative and personalized therapeutic techniques with gentle alternative healing approaches. Through this holistic method, I help children and parents develop lasting resilience, healthy coping skills, and emotional well-being. Together, we'll create positive changes that benefit both you and your child for years to come.

Recognizing that every family and child is unique, one fundamental aspect remains: the caregiver or parent's willingness to embrace personal growth and healing in tandem with their child. Each session may be different as to whether the parent or caregiver remains in the room for the whole session or enter a serene lounge. This dedicated space grants you the opportunity to carve out precious moments for self-nurturing, while modeling the participation of the program. At the end of each session conclusion, we come together for a heartfelt exchange, sharing experiences and fostering connections.

Through a blend of breathing & relaxation techniques, creative arts, emotional expression, self-guided energy work, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and love language conversations & activities- we create a comprehensive framework to empower both you and your child.

The first meeting is a Discovery Session, which serves as the foundational cornerstone, ensuring a harmonious match with my program offerings. It's a perfect session to cultivate rapport, exchange passions, sensing the environment, and most importantly, grant your child the autonomy to decide their path ahead. This juncture paves the way for me to tailor a session plan. Trust and rapport form the core of our journey, pivotal for fostering a profound bond with your child.

75 Minute Sessions- $175

Unlock unprecedented growth with the Raising Lions Program – a transformative journey that empowers both you and your child. This unique and personalized approach delivers insights and strategies found nowhere else!

Therapeutic Modalities: While I draw on therapeutic methods. Through my background as a Certified Child Life Specialist, Child Development Professional, I seamlessly integrate therapeutic alternative healing techniques. This fusion aims to not only nurture resilience and instill constructive coping mechanisms but also to provide a wellspring of emotional sustenance.

Empower-MENTOR: I like to be considered or called “Empower-MENTOR.” Almost like a Life Coach but for children. Someone that your child can trust and is comfortable around.  My primary aim is to establish rapport and a strong bond with your child and introduce them to the various offerings available. It's important that the child feels excited about participating in the program.

All Supplies are Included: prior to booking a FULL session your child will have an opportunity to choose from a number activities and crafts- all the supplies are included in the booking price.

Sound Healing:  Our sessions may conclude with a soothing Sound Healing experience. Your child will also will have the opportunity to engage with musical instruments, creating a unique and immersive way to end each session.

Follow Up Calls: As needed after each full session a 15 min follow up phone call or text.

Discovery Session Dynamics:  For the initial Discovery Session, both caregivers are more than welcome to attend. Moving forward, to ensure the sessions maintain their intimate nature, it is suggested that one caregiver attend. If you choose to have an additional caregiver participate, there will be an extra $50 fee associated.

Exclusive Experience:  In order to create a personalized experience tailored to your child, please note that I kindly ask that NO SIBLINGS join the healing lounge, waiting room or session.
