Sound Healing Training

Immersive Small Group

6 Weeks

In Sound Healing, learning to play crystal singing bowls is just the beginning. While the instruments are beautiful in themselves, facilitating a meaningful sound healing session is about much more than producing sound. It is both science and an art. While sound healing is deeply intuitive and creative, it is also built upon techniques, structure, and skills that help practitioners confidently facilitate impactful sessions.

Throughout this training, we’ll explore concepts that go far beyond simply playing instruments. You’ll learn how to create flow & structure within a session, play with tempo, intervals & consistency, understand how instruments communicate with one another, confidently use your voice, guide breathwork & meditation, hold trauma-informed space, read the energy of a room, work with different populations, market & communicate your offerings, build confidence, and develop new skills.

We will work with technique and instruments, yes…but we will also explore energetic awareness, self-study, creativity, and the embodiment required to truly facilitate transformation.

Whether you already have a full set of crystal bowls or you’re starting with just one, like I did…this training meets you where you are. You do not need an elaborate collection of instruments to begin. You need intention, integrity, and the willingness to grow.

The Aligned Practitioner is a Sound Healing Training that is a deeply immersive experience designed for those who feel called to confidently hold space, refine their intuitive gifts, and work with sound healing as a holistic modality. This program also supports you in integrating sound seamlessly into offerings such as Reiki, massage, yoga, private sessions, and community classes, allowing you to expand your impact while staying rooted in authenticity and embodied presence.

Choosing Who You Study Under Matters

Choosing who you study under is one of the most important decisions you’ll make on your journey as a sound healing practitioner. While learning the skills and instruments is essential, the mentor guiding you, the experiences they share, and the environment they create will shape your confidence just as much as your technical skills.

After more than 11 years of facilitating sound baths, private sound sessions, and thousands of community events, I have learned my most valuable lessons have through experience. They come from years of practice, observation, experimentation, mistakes, breakthroughs, and showing up for large communities of people. This training is a culmination of everything I’ve learned behind the scenes and the countless insights that have helped shape the sold-out sound baths and meaningful experiences I offer today.

I have participated in many transformational trainings & certifications and have had the privilege of teaching and facilitating many group experiences and trainings myself. Through each of these opportunities, I discovered the incredible power of learning in community. There is something truly special that happens when people grow together. There is encouragement, accountability, shared wisdom, and the realization that you are not alone in your fears, questions, or self-doubt.

When practitioners come together, they not only learn from me, but also from one another. They build confidence using their voices, exchange ideas, practice together, celebrate each other’s growth, and create meaningful connections. It is common for these groups to become much more than classmates. They often become a supportive community and even a soul family that continues encouraging one another long after the training has ended.

My hope is that this training gives you the confidence to discover your own authentic voice and style as a sound healing practitioner. I want to support your creative exploration, encourage you to trust your intuition, and help you develop a facilitation style that feels uniquely yours, all while being surrounded by a community that celebrates your growth and walks alongside you. Because in the end, the most important instrument in the room isn’t the crystal bowls, the gong, or any of the tools you use.
