20 HOUR

Sound Healing Training

Immersive Small Group

6 Weeks

In Sound Healing, learning to play crystal singing bowls is just the beginning. While the instruments are beautiful in themselves, facilitating a meaningful sound healing session is about much more than producing sound. It is both science and an art. While sound healing is deeply intuitive and creative, it is also built upon techniques, structure, and skills that help practitioners confidently facilitate impactful sessions.

Throughout this training, we’ll explore concepts that go far beyond simply playing instruments. You’ll learn how to create flow & structure within a session, play with tempo, intervals & consistency, understand how instruments communicate with one another, confidently use your voice, guide breathwork & meditation, hold trauma-informed space, read the energy of a room, work with different populations, market & communicate your offerings, build confidence, and develop new skills.

We will work with technique and instruments, yes…but we will also explore energetic awareness, self-study, creativity, and the embodiment required to truly facilitate transformation.

Whether you already have a full set of crystal bowls or you’re starting with just one, like I did…this training meets you where you are. You do not need an elaborate collection of instruments to begin. You need intention, integrity, and the willingness to grow.

The Aligned Practitioner is a Sound Healing Training that is a deeply immersive experience designed for those who feel called to confidently hold space, refine their intuitive gifts, and work with sound healing as a holistic modality. This program also supports you in integrating sound seamlessly into offerings such as Reiki, massage, yoga, private sessions, and community classes, allowing you to expand your impact while staying rooted in authenticity and embodied presence.

Sound healing is rapidly rising in demand as more people seek natural, effective ways to regulate their nervous systems and navigate the stress of modern life. What was once considered niche is now becoming a powerful and respected form of alternative healing. As interest grows, so does the need for grounded, well-trained practitioners who can confidently hold safe, impactful space.

If you feel called to step into this expanding field, becoming an efficient and confident sound healer positions you at the forefront of this movement. With the right training, embodiment, and clarity, you won’t just follow the trend…you will lead with integrity and purpose.

“Sound has the ability to hold us in an aural blanket of safety to help us on our journey to recovery without speaking words.”- FarzanaAli

This practitionership is designed to enhance your skills through a small group setting, allowing you to grow in confidence, clarity, and authenticity. While we will explore a variety of foundational topics, our time together will be tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. This is about deepening your understanding, strengthening your facilitation skills, and cultivating curiosity as you discover your own natural rhythm and style. We will also explore how you feel called to integrate sound into your current or future offerings in a way that feels aligned and comfortable to you.

Choosing Who You Study Under Matters

Sound healing is more than learning instruments or memorizing techniques. It is the art of presence, the understanding of vibration, and the ability to hold space in a way that allows people to truly relax, restore, and reconnect with themselves.

I have spent over 11 years facilitating sound baths, private sound therapy sessions, workshops, and community experiences. Over the years I have refined what truly works when guiding people into deep states of relaxation and nervous system regulation. My work blends crystal singing bowls, gongs, crystal pyramids, merkaba and other therapeutic instruments with intuitive awareness and grounded facilitation. This practitionership is the culmination of everything I have learned through years of real-world experience holding space for thousands of people.

What makes this training unique is that we go beyond the logical mind. While you will learn the science, foundations, and structure of sound healing, we will also cultivate your intuition, confidence, and personal expression. I am not teaching you to copy my style. I am helping you discover your own authentic way of working with sound.

This is mentorship, not just instruction. I am sharing the insights, lessons, and practical wisdom that have taken over a decade to develop so that you can step into your role as a confident and embodied practitioner. Because the truth is, the bowls are not the most important instrument in the room.
