Sound Healing Training Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a Sound Healing Training that may include, but is not limited to, sound baths, meditation, breathwork, energy work, and the use of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational tools.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that while sound healing is generally considered safe, it may involve certain risks, including but not limited to emotional release, physical sensations, dizziness, or discomfort. I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the training.

3. Health Responsibility

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health to participate. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, sound sensitivity, severe mental health conditions, pregnancy, or use of a pacemaker or other implanted medical device.

4. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

I understand that this training is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Sound healing and related practices are complementary wellness modalities and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

5. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Padma Light/Kendall Lanning, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage, that may be sustained while participating in this training.

6. Personal Responsibility

I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and communicate any discomfort or concerns to the facilitator. I understand that I may stop participation at any time.

7. Photo/Media Release 

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the training for promotional or educational purposes. I acknowledge that the facilitator will reach out to me directly to obtain my permission before sharing or posting any images or videos in which I may appear. I understand that I have the right to decline or withdraw consent at any time.

8. Payment Agreement

I acknowledge that I have agreed to a payment plan for this training as discussed with Padma Light/Kendall Lanning. I agree to complete all payments in full according to the agreed-upon schedule. I understand that payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing, and failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to training materials, sessions, and/or certification.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this waiver. I understand that this agreement is legally binding.
